Life Update: I have a shoe dropping with Jordan Brand
My ‘23 Chicago @Jumpman23 Women’s Collective sisters and I collaborated w/ Jordan brand on a shoe we are LIVE!
Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine I’d say, “I have shoe dropping with Jordan brand”. If I’ve learned anything in life so far, it’s to lean into faith and keep going. Trust yourself all while learning and growing along the way, move with gratitude, love and intention. It’s been all the way up ever since
This one is a nod to the Chicago woman while paying homage to the iconic bred colorway.
The colorway signifies the backdrop of Chicago. The upper turquoise and grey represent the flowing and adaptable waters of Lake Michigan coupled w/ the grey winter skies and steadfast beauty of our skyline w/ all of its architecture that stand tall and proud, akin to the Chicago woman.
Bred signifies breaking barriers, being unapologetic in your pursuits to be the best you. It’s about staying locked in and staying true despite the critics and haters to achieve unfathomable heights. When you photo invert the colors of the shoe, you get the bred colorway.
We chose the AJ1 low silhouette because of the its rich history and the versatility synonymous with lows. They’re the pair you throw on and get to your day.
The glossy crinkled leather turquoise on the upper alongside the smooth leather grey upper represent edge, grit, hard work, determination and versatility. This is the Chicagoan, this is the greatest player of all time. It encapsulates the diverse & beautiful city Chicago is. We’re Midwest nice but will stop at nothing & for no one to achieve our goals, no excuses, no stops, no brakes.
I want you to feel fly, fearless and bold in this shoe. This shoe is an attitude.
I’m so grateful for my Collective sisters, my family & friends who’ve loved & supported me endlessly, the lessons that made me and Jordan Brand for continuously investing in women.
Chicago, I love you, this is for you. I l The AJ1 Low Se ‘Inverted’ inspired by my Jordan sisters and I, out now. 🙏🏽🤞🏽

D Rose ended the game w/ 2 made fts after getting fouled on a shot attempt.
My heart sank when I saw him going down ngl. That PTSD creeps back up on ya!
when you have a coach/mentor that believes in you and pours into you, you BLOOM.
This team is special. 🥹 happy to see Chenn getting all of the love and respect she deserves. She is THRIVING with the Sky.

“I remember when I was 6 or 7 years old, I stumbled across a video on YouTube of AI crossing up Michael Jordan & man, I was sold. I wanted to be like AI. He had that swagger about him. The things he could do w/ a basketball, they were just so cool.”
- Chennedy Carter on AI
right before the flagrant they called on Chennedy. just know it wasn’t outta nowhere, the narrative yall are running with about her wanting to just bully CC etc —

she trespassed, racially profiled the homeowner, lied in front of her kids saying she was chased by the homeowner and blamed him for not stating he lived there (he said he lived there when she asked) and now she’s crying ————
“you don’t experience things to keep, you experience it to give it back.”
she really cares about these women, her “babies” and you can feel it when you hear her speak to them and about them.
more DeMar DeRozan tweets:
these kids got his attention during warmups and he stopped mid-shot and gave security the “it’s cool” nod and then signed their hats. how to people hate on this man?
snagged a photo w/ one of the most athletic and explosive players to ever do it. don’t y’all forget it! another great era for us Bulls fans. 🥰
“Too big, too strong, too fast, too good!” - @Stacey21King#BullsNation
THIS element of leadership that we’ve severely been lacking. PB is the first to hype you up AND the first to let you know when you goofed.
Been BEGGING for this.
This Bulls team needed accountability on both ends of the floor. Happy that Pat Bev got on Vooch tonight, as he should. There is no way a PG should be out rebounding the center nor switching on defense.
Rudy Gobert wants the NBA to discipline Alex Caruso for this play
"I hope they look at this, because if they don't hold people accountable, I'm gonna hold them accountable myself," 👀
Apparently the background action is bc someone was watching Big Bang Theory. It’s still funny bc looool of all of clips!? sorry I’m not familiar w the show! I only own TVs to watch sports 😭
How are we supposed to move forward after the unofficial Derrick Rose week is over? This week honestly feels like Chicago just won another ring and that’s more of a compliment to D Rose’s impact on this city than it is the state of the team.
