Morning CT, the one thing that keeps me sane in web3 is a morning routine.
No need to run 8 miles at 5am;
Here is my ‘radio edit’ morning on a busy day.
1. Warm water, lemon and salt straight away. (The stomach is our second brain)
2. Stretch (10 mins)
3. Breathing exercise, power up the oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange
4. Coffee as a reward to trigger organic dopamine hits
I’m trying 90 mins no phone whilst my body releases adrenaline to not mess up my attention levels, sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. The key is to not be hard on yourself. We are all trying our best.
