the truth is nobody is a paper hand or diamond hand for all projects, people are simply going to sell things they dont have that much conviction in or if they need the money. and tbh thats okay
your job is to make people see the vision. turn them into diamond hands FOR YOU
and if you reward people and they sell, its two things: either theyre believers who needed the money or people who didnt believe
either way, its about being happy for the former bc you had a positive impact on their lives and then its your job as a builder to look for where it went wrong with the latter group and how you can get these people to start believing
