To head into a fight with a defeatist attitude means that the fight is lost before it begins.
We either gain courage, or we might as well already start explaining to our businesses and citizens why we’ve given up on them without a fight - and they will (rightly) not be forgiving

This is blatant and absurd from the Chinese ambassador.
First, they distort markets, then they don’t like our response. Perhaps this is a proof that the EU is correct in finally taking action.
Time to protect our industry and our citizens, and ignore these pathetic threats.
