The season pass system is trash (and it's probably the worst season pass in any popular online game by far), rankeds aren't even fun to play because games are won/lost pre-minute 10 and in-game communication is barely even possible, the new champions mastery system is total failure and a mess to understand, other stuff like summoner level and challenges are irrelevant nowadays, rotative modes are getting repetitive and not fun to play (maybe only arena), and now you just killed the literal ONLY thing that people had as a reason to play the game.
New skins are worse than the ones from more than 5 seasons ago, more expensive, new skin tiers don't even make any sense, and all the progress made to make the game more "beginner-friendly" have been absolutely demolished as well.
Literally the worst fall off of any active videogame I've ever seen, maybe even worse than Overwatch
