Critical Mass Bike Ride – Friday, June 26 🚴 Hundreds of cyclists are expected to participate in the Miami Critical Mass ride on Friday, June 26, beginning at 7:15 p.m. from Government Center (111 NW 1st Street). This is not a City of Miami Beach-sanctioned event. However, Miami Beach Police officers will be stationed at key intersections to help keep traffic moving safely. The approximately 20-mile route travels through Downtown Miami, Overtown, Wynwood, Little Haiti, and the Upper East Side before entering Miami Beach via the 79 Street Causeway. Riders will continue south on Indian Creek Drive, west on 41 Street, south on Pine Tree Drive, east on Dade Boulevard, and return to Miami via the Venetian Causeway. If you’re riding, use extra caution on the Venetian Causeway. The bridge has raised lane dividers (“armadillos”). Stay in the designated bike lane or travel lane, and avoid sudden swerving. Remember: 🔹This is a community ride—not a race. 🔹Roads remain open to vehicle traffic. 🔹Ride responsibly and at your own risk. 🔹Use front and rear bike lights if riding after dark. 🔹Stay alert and obey traffic conditions.
