Mental imagery is one of the most used exercises when it comes to mental preparation.
the main goal being for the player to activate his sensory channels in as much detail as possible so as to associate a feeling with an emotion felt.
a good sportsman can visualize and recreate the match in his head so he knows if he did a crucial mistake so he can improve. @gobelante was one of the best in visualizing and that made him react so good in different situations.
