I have never missed plating my food on @BravoTopChef but I for darn sure wasn’t happy with a component of my dish and had to move forward. Seriously you just hope they like the components on the plate more than the mistake and sometimes that’s enough to save you.

I was more disappointed that I added to many components and let myself run that behind. My dishes tasted delicious! My second dish was suppose to be a lettuce wrap and I didn’t put it on the plate so I was not happy
Oooh… cause ya was so worried about how your dishes was gonna be judged. She was actually really nice about them. We know how Frank would have been😜😆
