Lucky for me and my family, we all left Minsk before Europe’s last dictator took control. By now, I hardly have any physical ties to Belarus, but still it’s hard to stay indifferent to the situation there. My uncle made this cool palindrome image about it.

$175 mil includes retention and other adjustments (working capital, etc). Those could easily be 10%. Also, we don't know if the $200 mil reported for Gimlet is spot on , right? That number probably also has all sorts of adjustments.
