The Maryland Republican family is mourning the loss of Diana Waterman, who passed away peacefully this morning.
Diana was a force in Maryland politics and an indomitable woman. During her tenure as Chairwoman of the Maryland Republican Party, she rebuilt our organization and lead us to historic election victories in 2014. In her time as President of the Maryland Federation of Republican Women, she served as a mentor to countless conservatives who will be the next generation of Maryland Republican leaders. Outside of politics, she was a beloved mother, wife, and friend to many. We will miss her dearly, and are praying for all who had the pleasure to know her.

Over the weekend we held our FINAL Super Saturday of 2024 in Montgomery County, knocking on approximately 2,000 doors to get Neil Parrott and Cheryl Riley elected to Congress, Larry Hogan elected to the U.S. Senate, and many other Republicans elected up-and-down ballot.

As the US faces an illegal immigration crisis, Angela Alsobrooks has made it clear that she is part of the problem. She operates Prince George’s County as the largest “sanctuary county” in the state, she has expressed no care about the crisis on our southern border, and the only statements her campaign has made on illegal immigration have been in favor of giving illegal immigrants citizenship and resources.
As deadly drugs, criminals, and gang members continue to pour into our country illegally, Angela Alsobrooks has shown exactly where she stands. She would be in the far-left of Washington, and the far-left of the U.S. Senate, defending illegal immigration.
