Yeah, Tariffs and cost of “physical packaging” is a terrible excuse. 90% of games sold since like 2020 have been digital which should mean costs have actually gone down. Also it’s not the consumers fault you decided to have bloated budgets and hire people that you don’t need to make this. Expedition 33 exposed all of this in the industry. Game was made by 30 devs and a reasonable budget, and not only was it great and gonna be game of the year it was only $50. None of this also changes the fact that you just told fans of the series they aren’t “real fans” unless they find a way to afford buying this game no matter the cost.
