From paralysis to parliament in ten years. Almost exactly ten years ago I was totally paralysed while studying in Argentina. Fortunately I made a full recovery thanks to our NHS, care system and a big dose of good luck. Am now here to fight for others 💪

Wales deserves a fair funding deal.
That's why the Welsh Liberal Democrats voted for a fair funding formula for Wales.
Labour, the Conservatives and Reform UK voted against.
We'll keep fighting for the fair funding our public services and communities deserve.
Congratulations to Colin for continuing the Liberal tradition in Brecknockshire. His grandfather was a Liberal councillor.
Powys farmers will have a strong voice in Powys County Council in Colin.

We are starting to get reaction in to Burnham's speech

👋🏻 The Prime Minister has resigned but this doesn’t mean the problem has gone away. Westminster has been crisis for years and the Conservatives and Labour only want to make it worse. @LibDemDavid
The UK is set to have its 7th Prime Minister in 10 years.
But changing the person at the top won't matter unless Westminster finally confronts the structural problems holding Wales back.
Wales needs more than a new Prime Minister. We need a government that takes Wales seriously
This week, Liberal Democrat Deputy Leader @libdemdaisy raised the plight of Welsh farmers in the Commons.
Unless the Government takes action, not only will the rural economy suffer, but the cost-of-living crisis will get worse. We will continue to stand up for our farmers. 👇

The @WelshLibDems will continue to call for better monitoring and stronger enforcement.
😥A lost generation of young people. That’s what Welsh and UK governments have created.
💡The Welsh Lib Dems are the party of entrepreneurship, believing in young people and their ambitions, whatever they might be.
