# T-3. Lyla Coogen, 6'2 CO2026 // 7-14 from 3
Lyla is a left-handed sharpshooting stretch big. She gets a majority of her open shots off of pick-and-pops and as the trailer in transition. Her shot is really smooth and she has a very consistent release point each time. She lets it go a little below her chin, but she still gets good elavation on her shot. Wouldn't call it a push shot by any means. She didn't have a ton of opportunities to step out and hit some threes in Session 1, and her little turn around lefty push shot was not falling down low, leading to a 5.8 ppg weekend. But she stayed aggressive every game going to the basket and it wouldn't be surprising if she has a huge leap in scoring next weekend in Session 2. Despite all of this, she still took each 3 with confidence like she was 8-8 each time, and a couple of them were actually big shots down the stretch for her team. Look for her to stay consistent from deep throughout the summer, and hopefully see an increase in volume.
