Finally, we show that restricting calories without fasting does not promote healthspan and longevity and mice – indeed, it leads to a shorter lifespan.

I see the time has come to once again discuss the potential use of #rapamycin for diseases of aging. There is as usual a lot of enthusiasm, but I will once again note that we don't know that this compound can be used safely.
