When the laser fired, the tank was completely destroyed by the laser beam. If we had that technology in 1987, why does it seem so far fetched that Israel would have that technology in satellites now 40 years later?

The data being used is the Credit Card Fraud Detection dataset available on Kaggle. So far this assignment is going smoothly. I worked on a visual classification model for use in a child’s toy (AI Cat Ears), intended as a training vehicle to allow K-6 students to gain experience building simple AI systems (smart clothing). The major hurdle was creating a model that could be trained on as few as 25 images per class. Currently the YOLO architecture holds the greatest promise in this regard.
