WOW moment tonight. Sher got me some new threads and I am now able to wear size 38 waist pants! Almost had a tear and may be in shock because for 25 years I’ve been wearing size 40-50 waist pants. I NEVER thought I’d be under a 40in waist. I am so proud of myself. #FitLeaders

In July, highest weight of my life, living too comfortable, said I’m going to lose 100 lbs. In Nov. I ran a 5K. I met my -100 goal in Dec. Now it’s Mar. kept it off with a healthy lifestyle. I am in control! #FitLeaders
