On October 15th I decided I was gonna get back in the gym daily & stop letting grief get the best of me. I set a goal to lose 50 lbs by December 31st. One of my friends twisted my arm to weigh this morning so I did. I am down 48 lbs. Time to get these other 2 & get my next goal..

This year has been the toughest of my life as yall know. I'm a open book. Last time i left the Dr office & he told me last time we would be scheduling my final surgery today.
The Dr walked in today & told me that I had been killing it surgery was no longer necessary.
I'm so grateful for every thought, prayer or bone you've ever sent my way. Thank you all & thank God!

Some of you out there are like family & have been asking for updates on my Dad. This is the one we've not wanted to give. He was one of the strongest people I know. He has fought Cancer about as hard as you can. And it was a battle too. Today he lost the war.

Just gonna make this short. My dad went in for his yearly Cancer check up last week. He had been Cancer free for 3 years now. They saw something concerning on his scans. We just got the call and his Cancer is indeed back. Please just say a prayer. 2020 was already a crappy year..
