Note: @KariLake pointed out before the election Arizona law ALREADY allows on-site tabulation of early ballots on Election Day. Thank you @JDMesnard for sponsoring SB1362 in 2022 that was signed by @DougDucey. Too bad @RecordersOffice chose not to implement it.🤷‍♀️
🚨READ & SHARE🚨 Why do we have to wait 10 to 13 days for election results when a law was passed to prevent that? In 2022, the Arizona Legislature empowered County Recorders to allow voters to self-tabulate their own early ballots on Election Day, but for some reason the Maricopa County Recorder refuses to provide voters this option. Why?? Why doesn’t the Maricopa County recorder want to speed-up tabulation of early ballots? Maricopa County should allow voters to self-tabulate their early ballots on Election Day. It is allowed by law and should be implemented for THIS election. Arizona shouldn’t have to wait 10 to 13 days for election results. America shouldn’t have to wait.

The J6 narrative is growing old. 1. Trump called to have Nat’l Guard present on Jan 6 before Jan 6. The Capitol grounds are controlled by the House. Pelosi refused to allow NG because “optics” 2. Antifa held a counter protest close to the Capitol, and known Antifa members dressed as Trump supporters. 3. There were tons of black-clad protesters that arrived first to the Capitol. Patriots don’t ordinarily wear masks or blackbloc. Nor do they use flags as weapons. 4. Trump’s speech ran late. The breach of the Capitol was 15 or so minutes after Trump’s speech ended - and it’s a 40 minute walk from where Trump spoke. 5. The Capitol was breached at the PRECISE moment when @RepAndyBiggsAZ was about to present evidence related to issues in Arizona’s administration of the election. This evidence was never presented. 🤔🤨 6. The doors to the Capitol have magnetic locks and were opened by security from the inside. 7. Security waived protesters in. 8. The Shaman and others were given a guided tour to the senate chambers. 9. Photographers, including Pelosi’s daughter, documented the whole affair. 10. “Protestors” inside the Rotunda stayed between the red ropes. 11. The only people killed and injured were protesters, including Ashley Babbitt. 12. The only person filmed encouraging breaching the capitol before and during the riot was Ray Epps, who has become a leftist hero. 🤨 13. The Capitol police, @ChiefSund and @elleonCEOTK, have a wildly different perspective than The Narrative™️. 14. For a coup, there were no tanks, Molotov cocktails, explosives, grenades, rockets, or weapons of any kind. 15. No tanks or military were needed to clear the Capitol, it ended when it grew dark and protesters headed home. Nothing adds up, except that maybe, it was supposed to be a modern day Reichstag.
Evidence indicates the J6 Select Committee intentionally suppressed critical testimony about President Trump’s push for National Guard troops. We will continue to uncover the truth. @MZHemingway thefederalist.com/2024/03/08…

For many others though, families were torn apart, locked away from one another, told they weren’t allowed to be in the same room together, and were left to die alone surrounded by strangers. While I simmer over how to fully respond to the lackluster "investigation" that begs more questions than it answers, let me just say a couple of things: - Transcribing interviews is not an independent investigation. - You can't find what you don't look for. 1/3
Maricopa County has continued to play victim when Arizonans are desperate for leadership. They refused to extend voting hours, lectured the most skeptical voters, sought sanctions for anyone challenging the election, withheld evidence, hired an “independent” investigator that to no one’s surprise absolves them of any responsibility. Time and time again when given the opportunity to do the right thing or coverup their failures they’ve chosen the option that avoids any criticism and scrutiny. Maricopa County’s continued attack on democracy is only going to get worse. The people have become entirely apathetic because they no longer have faith in a system they see as corrupt, incompetent, and untouchable. They witnessed with their own eyes what happened on Election Day and no amount of gaslighting will trick them. There is no justice without accountability.

Thankfully in Arizona, our Supreme Court JUST reaffirmed that clerks (& therefore the SOS) have no authority to reject candidate filings as it is a ministerial task. No matter how bad @Adrian_Fontes wants to remove @realDonaldTrump from ballots, he lacks that authority.
In case you thought the legal offensive against President Trump wasn't sinister enough, left-wing law professors are now arguing that the 14th Amendment bars Trump from running for office again WITHOUT ANY criminal conviction. They're arguing, in effect, that he is guilty until proven innocent, and they claim that any government official is empowered to pass this judgment on him. The obvious purpose of this is a backup plan. Even if all of Jack Smith and Fani Willis's rigged charges fail, their plan is to get swing-state radicals like Adrian Fontes in Arizona or Jocelyn Benson in Michigan to unilaterally kick Trump off the ballot in order to make the 2024 election unwinnable. Nobody is a bigger enemy of democratic elections or our Constitution than elite Democrats.

How many Christian organizations is the DOJ targeting? @ADFLegal - are you keeping track?
This is jaw dropping. Biden’s DOJ just fined a Christian Tennessee trucking company $700,000 for asking workers to prove that they’re legal by showing green cards. This is a shakedown for close to 3/4 of a million dollars because they tried to weed out illegal immigrants who applied. This is just plain unAmerican, evil, sick, unconscionable and disgusting on every level by the Biden Admin. At this point the DOJ is operating like a gang that works to advance the Democratic Party priorities and CLEARLY protecting illegal immigrants is a top priority for them. With EVERYTHING wrong in our country, WHY is it a priority for them to attack an American company for attempting to only hire LEGAL workers? How about @TheJusticeDept try putting pedophiles, killers and actual terrorists in prison? Every Tennessee politician with power should be holding the Biden administration accountable for this criminal, thug-like assault on a good American company based in Tennessee. This should be a boiling point for every officeholder in Tennessee with the power to stand up to the feds. We can’t allow our citizens to be attacked like this by communists who’ve infiltrated our government!

The FBI labeled parents protesting school closures as domestic terrorists. The FBI buried and ignored Hunter’s laptop. The claim that the FBI’s diminishing credibility is Trump cultism is gaslighting.

Florida is cutting $28 million in funding to districts that force masked kids - all of which is coming from salaries of administrators that earn over $100k. 😱 There’s too much $$ going to admin in public school budgets. No wonder why $$ never makes it to the classroom.
Replying to @jayobtv
They shouldn’t have broken the law by force masking children against parents’ wishes. This cut only affects salaries of school administrators over $100k so it is not “intended to educate children.” It will go to the 55 districts that followed the law. Actions have consequences.

Stephen seems to forget that there were two investigations: a criminal and civil. But let’s break this down a bit.
A: “Maricopa County didn’t cooperate.” B: “But sir, Maricopa County DID cooperate. They worked with us every day for many weeks.” A: “Meh. Let’s just say it anyway.” That seems ethical…

No, parents don’t want a babysitter. Parents like me, whose kids returned to the classroom in the fall, are fighting for the mental health & physical well being of entire generation of kids being denied in-person instruction. Kids are dying, and these educators don’t care. 🤬

What happens when decreased food supply coupled with increased population from “migrants” collide in US grocery stores? Is food supply critical infrastructure? Could grocery stores be nationalized? Rationing? What happened in Argentina? Need to watch @TuckerCarlson 🤔

Congress MUST pass @chiproytx’s SAVE Act now to close the NVRA Federal Form loophole! More than 20,000 voters on the active voting list in Arizona have FAILED to provide documentary proof of citizenship. That means they haven’t provided: - a DL; - a valid SSN; - a Birth Cert; - Passport; - Tribal ID; OR - Naturalization paperwork A nation cannot survive if elections are controlled by foreign interests.
🚨BREAKING - Flyers distributed at NGO in Mexico encouraging illegals to vote for President Biden The flyers reads: “Reminder to vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay open” A MUST READ CRITICAL THREAD 🧵

Apparently Marc doesn’t realize that @AbrahamHamadeh’s election contest has not been deemed “fully litigated” as it lacks a final appealable order AND a Motion for a New Trial is at issue, which will be heard on 5/16.

We are suing to have all 15 counties utilize federal statutes that have been in effect for nearly thirty years, 8 U.S.C. § 1373(c) and 8 U.S.C. § 1644, to obtain information about the citizenship/immigration status of federal-only voters (those who only checked a box claiming citizenship). State law requires Arizona counties use all available resources to confirm citizenship. These resources are available through DHS. So why are some counties resisting?
‼️The federal voter registration form does NOT require applicants to provide proof of citizenship. It merely requires voter registrants to sign a form swearing that “I am a United States citizen.” AFL Executive Director Gene Hamilton explains…

Fun Fact: When Fontes/MCRO sent the sig files to Runbeck for VerusPro in 2020 for “automated signature verification” - Runbeck also had the whole voter registration file to mail ballots, which includes party affiliation (to print, stuff, & mail primary ballots). 🤔 🧵 1/
The county lobbyist testified yesterday that signature verifiers look up your voting history & identify your party affiliation before they “verify” your signature. Now I have even LESS confidence in elections than I did before. What a corrupt, clearly partisan, biased process!

2 of the hottest days in Phoenix history were 33 years ago. —> 33 years ago. In fact, the longest stretch of 110* days was in 1974, nearly 50 years ago, and it lasted 18 days. —> ~50 years ago. Data doesn’t lie. People selling climate hysteria do.
Today Phx was 113*; record high - 116. Phx 5 record temps: 🥵 119 (6/29/13) 🥵 119 (6/20/17) 🥵 120 (6/25/90) 🥵 121 (7/28/95) 🥵 122 (6/26/90) @PrescottNF is the greenest I’ve seen in July; ferns cover the forest floor, seasonal streams still run. “Record heat” = gaslighting.

In 2012, 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022, serious issues caused voters to question Maricopa's administration of our elections. From delays in results, to long lines at vote centers, to pop-up voting centers, to questionable signature verification procedures, to missing chain of custody documents, Maricopa has been plagued with election-related issues for more than a decade. It's time to restore voter confidence by electing @azjustinheap as Maricopa's next County Recorder. Rep. Heap will ensure that elections are honest, transparent, secure and run competently. Experts from @KofiAnnanFdn have found that to restore voter confidence, there must be transparency in voting systems and accountability when mistakes happen. Maricopa has failed on both accounts. Sweeping problems under the rug does not restore lost confidence. Please SIGN the Heap's petition TODAY! apps.azsos.gov/apps/election…
Ensuring voter confidence, and that Arizona’s elections are honest, transparent, and secure is the civil rights issue of our time. We must put an end to the hyper politicization of the Recorder’s office. Join me today as I announce my candidacy for Maricopa County Recorder. 🇺🇸

While I’m not surprised @MaricopaVote used inaccurate estimates to predict ballot completion times, I AM shocked they closed vote centers from 2022 adjacent to the most popular centers! It’s almost like they want Election Day chaos. VOTE EARLY!!
🚨🚨BREAKING🚨🚨 Today, I partnered with the Republican National Committee (@GOP) to call for an emergency meeting with Maricopa County to immediately review their flawed Election Plan. It fails to account the time voters need to complete the FOUR-PAGE ballot, setting the stage for long lines & chaos on Election Day. I won’t tolerate an election system that disenfranchises the will of the people. READ BELOW 👇
