Unsolicited advice to recruits. Don’t get caught up in the Bells and Whistles of a program; all of that fades if you aren’t happy. Find the right education, location, culture. What is really important to you? How many players have left the program, ask @ retention rate.
According to the NCAA more than 31,000 Student Athletes entered the Transfer Portal in 2023. Only 45% were successful in finding a new school. That means more than half did not land with a new team, leaving their athletic and academic careers in question.🤔
