I want to once again thank the over 6400 Unique Attendees came through our doors at #CEO2025. We had FGC fans from over 50 Countries and 49 US States. I just provided the environment you all made it what it was, special and a new beginning of what's to come.

I still have a lot to button up post event while waiting on all the final venue/hotel bills but we plan to pay out players/staff/talent by end of this week. I have to catch up on EWC work starting tomorrow since I took a "Vacation" week to run CEO but will get through everything I can as soon as I can.
All I can say is, after this past weekend and all of your support, @ceogaming's future is looking brighter than ever. Everything will be even better next year, as always, you have my word.

When SFV dropped first time at CEO, I still got like 50 emails/requests if SF4 would have a tournament at all.
When SF6 dropped this year I only got 2 messages asking for SFV and nobody even applied to have it as a side event.

I just had the greatest online MK match in history and I wish I was recording.
Was down 0-2 in a ranked match with someone who had his girl cheering him on the whole match I could hear on the PS5 controller.
Then he said “you like when I’m winning right?”
Jebailey mode kicked in and I came back 3 straight and all I could hear was “What happened, you were winning babe”

So I got the cost of the broken light via @RezDyloch’s pop off at #CEO2024.
Total for repair. 192$ in parts and 160$ in labor. Total $352 plus tax = $365.44
He took full responsibility for the charges and I’m glad it didn’t need a full replacement. So he’s all good in my book and I hope it’s a lesson learned. You should only pop off in grand finals, not winners.
Whoever updated that liquidpedia can update it again now that CEO is no longer the only tournament a player had to payout instead.
Reminder that I’m all for pop offs and hype moments just not with anything that can fly and hurt someone else.

At least those two dudes showed up to CEO this weekend while most of the top ranked players decided to back out last minute for reasons that don’t help the community at large. But that’s honestly ok.

Before COVID my heart and eyes were set on the World Marriott Center right outside of Disney World as the future home of CEO. Then COVID hit, hotel industry shut down and completely changed everything. Ocean Center kept everything feasible to keep CEO alive throughout the Pandemic when I almost had to pack it up.
Still negotiating and working to make it a reality one day when we’re done in Daytona.
When I want to take risks and do something I believe will work, I won’t stop until I get it.

I remember the year I went to AX and while I was
blown away by the scale of the event, the arcade back then charged everyone to play. Now it’s just two DDR machines and Arcade 1ups to avoid spending money on real arcade vendors.

Surgery was a success. Tendon was fully torn off the bone but they reattached it and now I have my first cool big scar. I’m in good spirits & ready for my road to recovery. Thank you everyone for your well wishes. It really helped me get through the surgery with ease.

The internet required to broadcast all of CEO at that convention center would be $300,000+ alone. Don’t think attendees want to pay $500 venue to attend so I don’t run a single event there then never again.
Genuine question but does anybody know why the Orlando convention center is not used for CEO? Money maybe?
Obviously Orlando is miles better than Daytona, but the center is absurdly better than daytona’s too
