1/14 It’s been a busy week for Oculus and the Content team at E3. I wanted to respond to a number of threads that have risen up this week. I also want to clarify our goal for Quest and clear up some misconceptions about our curation process.
I realize the small sample size, but Asgards Wrath has 7 solid reviews and is currently sitting at 92%. This is a massive achievement for Sanzaru, and even if this changes with time it's nice for the community that the #1 Best PC game of 2019... 3/4 into the year... is VR!

In fond memory of @JLabbeII, early @Naughty_Dog (Crash, Jak) and all round incredible person. Naughty Dog wouldn't have been the same - or perhaps even made it through the hard times - without his trademark humor and love of "the game". I don't remember specifically what moved @asgavin and I when we met Joe by chance in a Virgin Megastore. But I thank fate for the meeting and for kicking us into action. My life was better for it, as were the other people he touched at Naughty Dog and the other teams he worked with @insomniacgames & @RAD_Studios.
Oculus couldn't be happier for @InsomniacGames. We have consistently applauded and supported developer success, whether with us or competitors. And I wouldn't worry about our Oculus Studios slate. We've got lots of big announcements coming...

A crazy day but I don’t want to overlook this moment: People doubted VR. People doubted Meta (FB) could make hardware. Today we have Resident Evil 4 VR killing it on Quest 2 and Mark announced what he rightly called one of the greatest IP ever in development. What a journey.

First time I experienced hand presence in VR through Touch controllers was nothing short of amazing (you know what I'm talking about). And now to be able to bring your own hands in VR? Absolutely mind-blowing...can't wait for everyone to experience it.

13/14 On a personal note, I was a dev for most of my working life. I was an indie for 10 years. I have had projects rejected. @c_pruett has been an indie dev most of his life. Our team is filled with devs. We know how hard it is to make apps of any size.

12/14 Oculus is a fan of Pavlov & it was approved for Quest. But there’ve been some delays & miscommunication on both ends since. Oculus wants Pavlov on Quest & will push it through the standard QA & VRC testing all apps go through before they ship if the dev desires.
