Before joining Milwaukee, Stillwell was a standout in JUCO basketball. At Butler CC, he averaged 12.5 PPG and 10.5 RPG, recording 12 double-doubles, including a 16-point, 20-rebound performance.
In his freshman season at Miami-Dade CC, he averaged 13.9 PPG and 8.4 RPG, earning All-Southern Conference First-Team honors and a spot on the D1 FCSAA/NJCAA Region VIII All-Tournament Team.
