We, the JPEG'd team, based on confidential discussions, formally assert that upon successful return of the funds to the JPEG'd DAO multisig:
1. Legal action will not be taken against the operator of the address 0x6Ec21d1868743a44318c3C259a6d4953F9978538 and 0x9d1ec3375252d4ab3c128f9774be266f67faa0bd.
The entity controlling above addresses previously secured 6,106 WETH from the pETH/ETH pool in transaction 0xa84aa065ce61dbb1eb50ab6ae67fc31a9da50dd2c74eefd561661bfce2f1620c.
Any further investigations or legal matters against the entity will end.
2. We view this occurrence as a white-hat rescue, and as a result:
0x9d1ec3375252d4ab3c128f9774be266f67faa0bd will be rewarded with 10% of the rescued fund as a white-hat bounty from the JPEG'd team, which translates to 610.6 WETH.
3. The remaining balance, amounting to 5495.4 WETH, will be directed to the JPEG'd DAO multisig at 0x51C2cEF9efa48e08557A361B52DB34061c025a1B.
The JPEG'd team will compensate the white-hat bounty 610.6 WETH together with the 5495.4 WETH to the pETH/ETH pool LP holders who are suffered loss in transaction 0xa84aa065ce61dbb1eb50ab6ae67fc31a9da50dd2c74eefd561661bfce2f1620c.
Once the funds are received, we will issue a public confirmation.

The vault contracts allowing to borrow against NFTs are safe and still running solidly. NFTs and the treasury funds are safe. We’ll keep everyone updated as soon as we know better what is happening.
