This is fairly frightening and bordering on the bizarre - there four different Welsh anti-20mph Facebook groups, and all have the same Sunderland-based Conservative chap as an admin. In his own town he’s pro 20mph. Worth reading @WillHayCardiff’s whole thread.
Though Mr Reed has seemingly dedicated significant energy opposing the 20mph limit in Wales, his opposition doesn’t seem to transfer to his home town.

Rhys, a Cardiff business owner and top fella, has bought a replacement bike for the lad who recently had his stolen. It’ll be with him early next week. Have enjoyed chatting with Rhys and wish to thank him publicly for caring about restoring the boy’s means of independence. 👏🏼
A 13-year-old lad had his bike taken from him on Wellfield Road yesterday evening at approximately 6:30pm. He was shaken up by the incident. This is the Ghost bike that the buggers stole. Please keep an eye out and DM us if you have any info. Ta.
