Morning all bad new this morning, club legend John Wightman has suffered a heart attack overnight, thabkfully his amazing wife Mary was able to perform CPR and kept John going until the paramedics took over, he has had surgery on a faulty Aotic valve and is now in recovery 1 of 2

Delighted to reveal the Abbey Hulton FC new home and away kit for the 25/26season.
Massive thank you to Mark Daniels and SFD on their partnership and collaboration with us on the shirts.
Also big welcome and thank you to our new kit supplier Tom Quinn @FusedSport for listening and designing a shirt we are really delighted with.
The new kits will be worn by all our teams ranging from our U7s up to our First team. A special mention for our away strip as this is a tribute to our long serving secretary John Wightman who’s father founded the club back in 1947 and this was the colours that was worn by the very first Abbey Hulton United team.
All the kits have kindly been sponsored by SFD who have entered into a two year deal with the club.
We can’t thank Mark enough and can’t wait to see all the teams wearing there new kit.
