It's still very raw. There's been so many opinions flying about, a lot of them emotional for different reasons. But I can't take anything away from all the players and management, coaches and physios who have contributed to the journey and to this season. A club of our size had absolutely no right being where we were yesterday and I hope the fans did enjoy the occasion and trust me all the players are absolutely gutted we couldn't finish the job. Remember it's so easy to have an opinion from the outside but in the midst of it all, it's not as easy as it looks. We rest, recharge and plan for another promotion charge next season!

Glory to God!! This has by far been the toughest season in my career. With all of that being said, it hasn't hit home yet.
Following the statement from @SCEFLeague this afternoon we are crowned CHAMPIONS!!!
Many thanks to the SCEFL board for doing everything they could to ensure the matter was resolved ahead of the final day.
For us, we look forward to celebrating with everyone on Saturday, which will include the trophy lift as well as a fantastic game of football.
