Hi Cardano Community, The work of the ICC-ECC is gradually falling into place, progressing smoothly and systematically. Our dual focus is to assess the constitutional compliance of governance actions while refining and enhancing processes to establish a robust and effective governance framework. Looking ahead, I believe that alongside evaluating the constitutional validity of proposals, strengthening the DRep network is equally critical. This involves increasing the number of DReps, expanding delegations, and building a solid foundation for decentralized governance within Cardano. Furthermore, increasing the representation of Vietnamese and Eastern Hemisphere ADA holders as part of decentralized governance is a significant responsibility. Achieving this requires closer collaboration with both DReps and ADA holders, fostering active engagement and shared objectives. In 2025, as a DRep Pioneer Leader, I am committed to dedicating more time to: 1️⃣ Organizing training sessions in Vietnam and the Eastern Hemisphere to empower DReps to fulfill their roles effectively. 2️⃣ Engaging ADA holders in the region to raise awareness about decentralized governance and its importance. 3️⃣ Advancing the DRep role by motivating and supporting DReps in various ways specific to our unique challenges and opportunities. Additionally, I will actively participate in voting as a DRep to gain firsthand insights into the challenges and concerns faced by both DReps and ADA holders, particularly those in Vietnam and the Eastern Hemisphere. To ensure transparency, I want to emphasize that my voting decisions as a DRep will be based entirely on comprehensive evaluations and the input of ADA holders who delegate to me. These decisions are fully independent of my role in the Eastern Cardano Council (ECC) or ICC. As a member of ECC-ICC, I will evaluate and vote on the constitutional validity of governance proposals strictly based on the principles of the Cardano Constitution. These decisions will be made after consulting with other ECC members and are completely separate from my responsibilities as a DRep. By maintaining transparency and ensuring no conflict of interest between these roles, I aim to contribute to a governance system that is fair, trustworthy, and truly decentralized.
