There absolutely has to be an underlying reason for this, it makes no sense to bench your best player otherwise.
Unless there's a god amongst men in tier 2 I don't see how ANYONE else can be an upgrade. Immediate thought is maybe nocries, but that seems extremely unlikely. From what I know he only speaks English/Russian and benching your best player for someone who has never played an official is insane.
He got benched on his last team for internal issues I wonder if it's the same here.
