1/2 So today my father in law Jimmy Smith collapsed at 10:30am at the garage on Preston Road Lytham and suffered a cardiac arrest and his heart totally stopped for 20mins , luckily a by stander performed excellent cpr until the ambulance arrived and no doubt saved his life...
