Idaho Teen Won't Participate In High School Graduation For Stating The Obvious, "guys are guys and girls are girls. There is no in-between." How is this acceptable? I spoke at a school board meeting a few months ago after they terminated a student-teacher program with a local Christian college to "protect LGBTQ students" from student-teachers with biblical Christian beliefs. The board sited the college's biblical stance on basic traditional values, such as, marriage being between one man and one woman, homosexuality is a sin, etc. At the board meeting, I asked the board how they intend to deal with students who have deeply held Christian beliefs in the school. That district in particular has approximately 150 various churches within the district. The probability of students holding biblical Christian values is very high, especially in a predominantly hispanic area where 71% of that demographic profess a Christian or Catholic faith. All that to say, even in Idaho, a state that some would consider a last refuge from the far-left's woke mind virus—You don't need any deeply held beliefs to be purged from public schools, you just have to accurately acknowledge reality. The "tolerance" & "acceptance" clearly only flows in one direction with the left. I have a hard time being empathetic with individuals victim mentalities who believe the entire world has it out for them despite having nearly every institution in the country crushing and canceling any inkling of dissent from their ideology. Today it's Travis Lohr and yesterday it was 12 year old Liam Morrison who was sent home for wearing a shirt that said, "Only Two Genders." They expect us to walk on egg shells around their delusions.
