We are not the type of brand that likes to talk about unreleased products. We have several patents we are working on for new products, we can say that.
Some products we are currently fine with announcing are the following:

Then we have new technologies we have been working for over a year now that will offer even more unique base types. No ETA for this at this time as we are waiting for patents.
Some products will be available within the next 2 weeks-4 weeks. While some will take more time. However, please understand that our work is very passion based and we do not believe in copying other brands. So when we develop a new product, we make sure its unique in many ways.

We typically do not do pre orders however, we are going to for this re stock. This will help us gauge several things.
The shipment will arrive at two different times, first will be the air freight shipment. Since we can't ship the entire United States restock using this method.. it's to expensive, but we will ship some to get them out to customers.
Air freight shipment will take 1-2 weeks if everything runs smoothly.
Sea freight shipment will take 20 - 30 days give or take.
All orders will be shipped out as soon as we get inventory.
You can cancel your pre order at any time for a full refund. You may also find a retailer or distributor that has inventory of our products already which would save on the wait time.

We take our product development seriously, and while we’ve had the new mold ready for several months, we prioritize thorough testing to ensure everything meets our high standards. Our brand is committed to releasing only products we consider 100% perfect.
I sincerely apologize for the long wait that some of our loyal customers have experienced. I assure you, it will be worth it.
We've also faced challenges related to our patent-pending SV BASE, as we needed to ensure that every detail about the new base size was properly documented.

We have finally moved locations and have started production again. (Ignore the stitched edges in the background. This is an early stage of production)
The SVBC+ is in production again and we are working on getting it stocked in more countries.
We have a shipment for the SVBC+ v2 on the way to the United States and we will stock them once we receive them.
Our new mousepad will begin a trial production run in August. The purpose is to make sure if any issues occur we can fix them before starting mass production.
We will provide more information about new products as we move forward.

Lately we have been busy due to us changing several components of the manufacturing process for the SV BASE. The goal being to try and simplify the overall production process of the base. We are in the process of moving a few molds to a new location for testing of a new product.
Originally, we had planned to announce a new product by now but due to the changes we are making, this has been slightly delayed. Rest assured, we have a new mousepad coming up that we will be announcing using the SV BASE. The surface will be very smooth and have higher stopping power than the SVBC+ while still being incredibly consistent. The color will be unique and is hard to work with as the color is hard to control in large batches.
We are extremely thankful for the amount of support we have been getting over the last few months. Our team will make sure our appreciation is shown in our new products by trying to innovate where others do not. As well as bringing new and exciting products to consumers, black squares can get boring!
New products will be announced in the coming weeks as we move closer to finishing them and we will send units to all our retailers/distributors and reviewers for testing before launching any of our new products.

We have roughly 50 SVBC+ v1 that will be listed at a heavily discounted rate. The packaging is older and is not sealed. However the mousepads are sealed from the factory still.
SVBC+ v1 had a slight stitching issue where it can come lose but its just cosmetic.

We have had a lot of difficulty with the new size + firmness options. Our brand values higher quality and did not want to rush anything. We also stride to provide the most constant base as possible, so with new firmness options such as "Soft" and "xSoft" we wanted to make sure to take as much time as needed.
