当社では、2024年8月31日に当社を卒業した元当社所属ライバーである「鈴谷アキ」に対する、ファンの皆様からのファンレターを2024年9月末日まで受け付けておりました。
その中で、この度、2024年2月1日から同年9月末日までに当社に到着した「鈴谷アキ」宛てのファンレターが、当社の管理不備により誤って廃棄されていたことが判明いたしました。
つきましては、以下、本件経緯のご報告とファンレターの再募集を行わせていただきます。
当社では、当社所属ライバー宛てのファンレターについて、当社で受領した後、各ライバーにお届けしております。

しかし、2024年2月1日から同年9月末日までに当社に到着した「鈴谷アキ」宛てのファンレターを、ご本人にお渡ししていなかったことが、ご本人からの問い合わせにより判明しました。 その後、当社でファンレターの所在を調査したところ、2024年12月末のオフィス整理の際に誤って廃棄していたことが確認されました。
（なお、当社は「ファンレター送付規程」（anycolor.co.jp/terms-of-fan-…）を制定しておりますが、社内調査の結果、これまでに同規程に則ったファンレターを廃棄してしまうといった他事案の発生は確認されておりません。）
ファンの皆様からのファンレターは、当社所属ライバーにとって、活動を行う原動力となる極めて大事なものです。
また、当社を卒業するライバーに宛てたファンレターは、それまで当該ライバーを応援してくださったファンの皆様からのはなむけのお言葉であり、非常に強い思いが詰まったものであると同時に、当該ライバーにとっても、今後新しい世界に羽ばたいていくための大きなエネルギーとなるものであると認識しています。
そのような中で、この度の当社の不手際により、ファンの皆様・「鈴谷アキ」本人双方にとってのかけがえのない機会を奪うこととなってしまいましたことについて、当社として強く責任を感じております。
当社は、今回の事態を真摯に受け止め、「鈴谷アキ」を応援していただいていたファンの皆様及び「鈴谷アキ」に対して深くお詫び申し上げるとともに、今後、一層の厳重な管理・保管体制を構築してまいります。
具体的には全体的な管理フローの見直しを行い、ファンレターの当社受領時に電子記録にて保管管理をするとともにライバーへのお渡しまで一元的に管理することで再発防止に努めます。
なお、当社は、本件の担当者及びその管理者について、当社就業規則に基づき処分をいたしました。今後、同役職員を含むファンレターの保管・管理を担当している役職員の指導を強化してまいります。
また、本件の発生を受け、当社は、「鈴谷アキ」に謝罪をした上で協議を行い、2025年2月13日から同年5月31日までの間、「鈴谷アキ」へのファンレターを再募集させていただくことといたしましたので、以下の宛先までお送りいただけますと幸いです。
