A lot of people don’t know this, but a prime reason we created the IP @DaDawgHQ is to embrace more transparency. And so I want to be transparent with y’all. Enjoy my rawest thoughts. No refinement. Last night I broke. I fell apart. And it was beautiful in a way. I felt a part of my ego completely strip off, and it felt amazing and so scary at the same time. It felt familiar, like I’ve been here so many times before with different takeaways, a shedding, a rebirth. The growing pains that unlock and prepare the version of you that deserves to reach your massive dreams. The next level. This is also why I have a snake tatted on my arm, to remind me of how I continually shed layers and keep growing anew. The shedding of beliefs that no longer serve. No more holding back. What led to it? I recognized in myself that I just don’t feel proud of myself, ever. No matter what I achieve (and I have achieved quite a lot if I look back), no matter what I do or create I think that it is simply already expected of me, like “so what? What’s next?” Like I was born for this, am I doing enough? What if I am not doing good enough? And that keeps yearning for more growth in myself. But I fail to be happy with how far I’ve come. I fail to recognize I do good things. And so today my soul needed this. Coffee out of the cup I painted. Scrapbooking memories and feelings. Artsy. Cutesy. Funsies. This is how I recharge to pour back, with a newer, healthier, shedding and growing me.

1/ my hustle mind started quite young in middle school when i saw these ‘chokers’ trending on tumblr I KNEW the demand would hit my city next so I made them myself packaged them in Arctic Monkeys cover art because i just knew that would sell, and DID. $1 to create, sold at $15 1400% profit CULTURE SELLS. something I was blessed to learn early on in life, been applying it since I knew I was made for greatness at the age of 13

2/ I immediately picked business as my subject in school & university kept observing, experimenting, marketing made sense to me but the one subject that fully cracked me open was consumer behavior. I still use those notes to this day the psychology behind buying, loyalty, identity, community that changed everything.. was lowkey depressed during this phase and hit rock bottom, not even sure why lol but i still graduated during covid, on scholarship, with a distinction :p desi eldest daughter aura did a few internships just to try my hands on different things
