For me, training is a bunch of technicalities & tedious corrections when it comes to teaching. Playing through mistakes, while being coached at the same time is imperative for a player’s development. A player’s ability to embrace & accept the bad & ugly allows a true coach/trainer to expose the “good”/“greatness” in them.
