90%的散户买了不是为了捐款，而是为了赚钱。当他们亏钱的时候，名誉受损的是谁。
如果要募捐，直接发一个加密货币收款地址不就好了。问题就是如果这样做，募捐金额太少了，得换一个壳。

看看 ACT，80%筹码都在前三大CEX手里。
散户买了拿现货就砸盘+做空。
散户做空，那就更简单。
当然，我这是阴谋论。$ACT的走势上所以后就一直阴跌，可能是巧合哈。
