Liverpool FC recall Beck
Dundee Football Club can confirm that Liverpool have recalled Owen Beck and his loan with Dundee has ended.
Owen signed on loan for Dundee in the summer and quickly became an important player for The Dee putting in fantastic performances.
His great displays led to him being called up to the Welsh National squad for the first time and he has received many plaudits for his performances.
With the January transfer window now open Liverpool FC have executed their right to recall Owen from his season-long loan deal.
Owen will be greatly missed by everyone at Dundee FC as he has been outstanding both on and off the field.
We would like to thank Owen for all he has given to Dundee FC and we wish him all the very best for the future. Owen will always be welcomed back in Dundee and at the Scot Foam Stadium at Dens Park.

All at Dundee Football Club are extremely shocked and saddened this morning to learn of the passing of former Dundee player Fabián Caballero.
Fabian passed away at the age of 46 and will be greatly missed by everyone at Dundee Football Club. Fabián signed for The Dee in July 2000 and became a fan’s favourite amongst the Dundee supporters.
The thoughts of everyone at the club are with Fabián’s family at this very sad time.
The club will issue a full tribute to Fabián later today.
Rest in peace Fabián.

Lopez is a Dee!
Dundee Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Mexican midfielder Victor Lopez on a yearlong loan deal, subject to international clearance and being granted the necessary visa.
Victor who is known as Chespi will join us from Liga MX side Queretaro.
Once available for selection Chespi will wear the number 27 jersey for the Dark Blues.

Dundee Football Club can confirm that midfielder Luke McCowan has left the club and joined Scottish Premiership champions, Celtic Football Club for an undisclosed fee.
He won the Player's Player of the Year award and the Andrew De Vries Player of the Year award for his excellent efforts last season.
During his three years at the club, Luke played 125 competitive matches for Dundee scoring 28 goals and departs the club with the very best wishes from everyone at Dundee Football Club.
Luke has been a tremendous player and captain for The Dee, thank you Luke for your fantastic service to Dundee Football Club.

Cameron signs pre-contract with Rangers
Dundee Football Club can confirm that Lyall Cameron has taken the decision to sign a pre-contract agreement with Rangers and will join them when his Dundee contract expires in the summer.
Lyall has come through the Dundee Academy and made his debut in a 3-0 win away to Raith Rovers in the League Cup in July 2019. Lyall has gone on to play 108 times for The Dee scoring 12 times.
Lyall will continue to be a valuable member of the Dundee FC squad for the remainder of the season.

Update on Mo Sylla
The club would like to provide a short update on the condition of Mo Sylla after Mo took unwell yesterday in the Dundee dressing room at half-time. Mo was quickly attended to by the club’s medical team and paramedics.
He was transferred to Ninewells Hospital Accident and Emergency Department and by this point was responsive and talking to those around him.
After an initial assessment, he was admitted for further investigations and currently remains in Ninewells Hospital.
The club will provide a further update in due course.

Further update on Mo Sylla
The club are pleased to update that Mo Sylla has been released from hospital and is recovering at home.
After medical investigation, it is believed that Mo went into anaphylactic shock at half-time during Saturday’s match against Aberdeen.
Mo will continue to be monitored by the Dundee FC Medical team.
