Founders don’t burn out from working too hard. The most energy I’ve ever had in my life was during the time I was starting my first company and simultaneously doing research in physics and aerospace engineering. Working 16h days 7 days/week.
Burn out comes from the lack of momentum and progress. Momentum & measurable progress gives founders insane energy.
