रोजगार मेला – युवाओं के लिए नई दिशा
रोजगार मेला के शुभारम्भ के साथ ही, माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (DoPT) ने दो महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए हैं, जो इस अभियान से सीधे रूप से संबंधित हैं।
पहला — सरकारी नियुक्तियों में साक्षात्कार (इंटरव्यू) की प्रथा को समाप्त करते हुए चयन प्रक्रिया को पूर्णतः योग्यता आधारित बनाया गया है।
दूसरा — स्टाफ चयन आयोग (SSC) की नियुक्ति प्रणाली को पूरी तरह से कंप्यूटर आधारित किया गया है, जिससे चयन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता और दक्षता सुनिश्चित हो सके।
