Roster lock in simple terms means you can not recruit from any of the opposing teams on your behalf. If the player openly comes to you about joining another team in the competition that is fair game, but PLEASE DO NOT go poach anyone’s roster to sabotage their chances

I say it time and time again. Nobody is ever happy with the COTC deadlines. I’ve ran this for almost 7 years and I’ve heard it all. “Make it shorter” “make it longer” “give more time between rounds” “why does it last 5 months”. Yall can’t ever make it make sense
