"Folks are always asking me, "Col., how do you think they will try and cheat in this election cycle?"My biggest concern is that illegals will be able to vote. I also have another concern, and that is something in Texas called the Reasonable Impediment Declaration, which precludes people from having picture ID and enables them to use utility bills, bank statements, and other non-picture ID means to acquire a voting ballot. Now, there is a new concern, allowing homeless people to vote, as well as using government checks, meaning illegals who are receiving free taxpayer benefits. The following video is from here in Dallas County and the next paragraphs provide date and time of these occurences.Saturday, Aug 24th, Dallas County Election Department provided VDR training at that facility: VDR Trainer stated that the homeless individual could register to vote. The individual could provide a description of the physical location as his residence, such as a street corner where he sleeps, and then a nearby church (Routh St.) can be used for his mailing address. Participant indicated that the Church is providing a mail box so that the individuals can use it as a mailing address. The VUID will then be mailed to the church. If the individual does not have a TX Drivers License/Texas Personal ID. Or the last 4 of a social security card. The trainer stated that the individual is getting government checks that individual would be In their system. A government document allows the individual to vote using List B identification (which is a government document).Wednesday, Aug 28th, VDR training was provided at the Dallas GOP Headquarters. The trainer from Dallas County Elections Department stated that the homeless individual could register to vote. The individual could provide a description of the physical location as his residence address, such as a street corner where he sleeps. When questioned about the mailing address the trainer indicated that the VDR could not suggest a mailing address but a P.O. Box could be used as one’s residence address. The Texas Voter Registration Application (green form) states, “Residence Address: Street address and Apt. Number, if none describe where you live. (Do not include P. O. Box, Rural Rt or business address.”Yeah, in the words of the great philosopher Ricky Bobby, 'This just happened.'"
