My feedback is Not Swap feels like Locked Loadout for cowards.
You can still place a healing turret, drop a well then swap to Sanguine Alchemy with surge mods for damage.
Other than swaps during ad clear to generate ammo, someone please tell me the downside?

We often hear complaints on difficulty in high-end content feeling “easier” thanks to swapping from build to build during DPS phases.
“Ah, I can juice my super with +50% damage via exotic armor, then swap everything around to the perfect loadout to juice my weapons with zero cost.”
This is giving players far greater output than expected and, noted above, messing with difficulty/experiences by pushing players into UI mid-combat. NotSwap felt like an opportunity to add an amount of cost and push players to make harder choices/tradeoffs, or develop team-wide synergies to maximize DPS.
This feels more approachable than locked loadouts, but happy to pass along your thoughts.
Note, RotN will ship with NotSwap, but your feedback can be looked at for tuning further out.
