the minimum to submit a governance proposal on Hype's EVM is 10k $HYPE tokens. my only guess the reason why Jeff and team airdropped large stacks to all loyal community members is because they do not, and ABSOLUTELY detest any sort of instis controlling governance. so if you are selling your $HYPE cheaply, it highly defeats the purpose of what the team set out to do in the first place as instis want control, and with control, they feel powerful. do with this what you will.
