Growing up my dad talked more about practicing on Thanksgiving than he did winning a state championship. Tonight we practiced and it felt good. I wish it was the 4th round rather than the 2nd but we got to practice. I'm THANKFUL we even got to play our season! Happy Thanksgiving!

On September 27th Tates Creek fell to Lexington Catholic 54-50. Their record was 2-4 after that loss.
Since then, the Commodores have won 7 straight games and tonight they capture their 1st region championship since 2001.
