The gist of the message is don’t place employees in the middle of your position on masks. Businesses may require patrons wear masks. If you don’t want to, then like a reasonable adult, take your business somewhere else. Don’t get into fights or arguments over the issue.

Glad to update that both Firefighters transported to the hospital yesterday are doing well.
Both evaluated for heat related symptoms; Stabilized, hydrated and discharged.
2 firefighters have been transported to @memorialhermann for evaluation re:heat exhaustion. Both transported in stable condition.
@HoustonFire crews are being rotated as they continue to work on this stubborn fire.
Crews will be on scene for the better part of the afternoon
