There is a rule change about the minimum elo requirement in champions queue coming up.
Master -> Grandmaster
The Champion's Queue Council will be implementing a new rule change. Effective 2/25 the minimum solo queue ELO requirement required to play in Champion's Queue will be raised from Master to Grandmaster. Non-exempt players who fail to meet the requirement will be removed.
