I hesitate to say this because this is so close to home, but Terrance had sustained a severe brain injury due to a being hit by a car on Sunday and was already in bad shape by the time he arrived at the hospital. In this video, he had been declared braindead, but the family being in denial, started performing CPR. This is why hospital staff wasn’t assisting - he was still breathing; just braindead. There was no medical need for CPR 🥹
