To all the unsigned seniors out there, many of you are considering playing AAU in the spring. Here are a couple of things to consider. 1. With the first live period moving back to May, you will not play in front of D1 coaches until the live period in May and very few will be concerned with 2024s at that point. If you have D2 offers on the table, take them! 2. If you already have offers and decide to play unsigned, be prepared to lose some of those offers. It’s a clear sign to a college coach that you’re not serious about their program and they’ll often move on to their next guy. 3. Prioritize college workouts and showcases for unsigned seniors. These will be your best opportunity to play in front of college coaches. If you are playing AAU and these events overlap with games, I would strongly recommend you attend the camp/workout.

UNSIGNED SENIOR Mason Lewis 6’4 SG Woodland-Stockbridge HS 3.7 GPA @mason_lewis11 Offers: Chattahoochee Valley CC Lewis is coming off a huge senior season in which he earned Region Player of the Year and averaged 21.5 PPG and 6 RPG. He’s a big, physical guard that can hit tough shots and score from all three levels. His combination of strength and shotmaking ability will certainly translate to the next level, yet he’s been under-recruited to this point.
