If you shoot 1/2 speed in practice, how can you expect to make shots full speed in a game? If you dont go hard every rep in practice, how can you be trusted not to take plays off in a game?

Put the phones down! Be fully present in the buses, cars, planes, hotels & restaurants with your teammates. You can’t get this time back and you may never be with that group all together again. It’s more than basketball!
