Unfortunately, we had a player, Max Weller (Boone Bigfoots ) who was injured in last night’s game against the Martinsville Mustangs. Thankfully the athletic training staff and first responders were able to attend to Max in a timely fashion, and was taken to the hospital. The game was suspended in the bottom of the 7th and will be resumed at a later date.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Max Weller, his family and both clubs at this time! We will have an update later when appropriate. In the meantime, your prayers for Max are welcomed! 🙏🫶
