Wake up feeling good! ☀️
Say goodbye to morning grogginess with our smart alarms. There are four types of alarms:
1. Sleep Needed Alarm: Wakes you once you've reached your sleep goal for the night.
2. Smart Alarm: Uses your watch's motion data to detect when you're in the lightest phase of sleep and wakes you up within a specified window.
3. Regular Alarm: Allows you to set an alarm that goes off at an exact time.
4. No Alarm: Lets you track how long it takes to fall asleep without setting any alarms.

Beyond just cardio. Bevel includes a full-fledged strength training feature called Strength Builder.
With Strength Builder, you can create custom workout plans from 400+ different exercises and track sets, reps, and weights using your Apple Watch.
Stress Score measures your daily physiological response to external factors such as drinking alcohol, arguing with your spouse, etc. Stress Score is derived from your heart rate and HRV and is on a scale from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating higher Stress.

While Recovery tells you how well you "recharged" after a night of sleep, it doesn't tell you how you progress throughout the day. For example, taking naps or resting midday should, in theory, "recharge" your energy level, but the current Recovery score doesn't factor them in.

Sleep Needed is the estimated amount of sleep you needed last night, given your Sleep Goal, Recent Strain, and Sleep Debt.
Your average Sleep Efficiency then adjusts the total amount to give you a target Sleep Needed that you should strive to hit daily.
Strain Score calculates your total exertion for the day. It's based on your time spent in personalized heart rate zones set from your max heart rate. Strain rises logarithmically, not linearly. So the higher your Strain, the harder it is to increase.
Factors influencing your Stress Score include sleep quality, exercise intensity, and lifestyle habits. If your Stress Score is higher than usual, it is recommended that you engage in mindfulness or meditation activities to lower Stress.

Hey @LaurenBerson, Bevel imports VO2 Max data from your Apple Health. By default, if you’re using your Apple Watch, it’s being estimated by your watch.
We’re working on personalized plans to help you improve it in the future.
Thank you! You can easily import a workout from Hevy by taking a screenshot and importing it via Fitness > + button in the top right > Log activity. Bevel will scan the image and add the workouts accordingly
One of the first changes you'll notice is the updated activity map. You can now interact with the map and drag the HR, Pace, Elevation, and Power charts below to view exact data points along your route.
